Hospitality Line ApS (CVR 44898438), Egedesvej 38, 4600 Køge, Denmark, is the data controller for personal data collected via this website and through trade-account interactions. Contact: info@hospitalityline.eu.
Data we collect
Account: company name, VAT number, contact name, email, phone, billing and shipping addresses. Order data: items, quantities, prices and delivery details. Site usage: anonymised analytics (page views, device type) via privacy-respecting tooling. We do not collect special-category data.
Why we process it
Performance of the sales contract (orders, invoices, delivery), compliance with accounting and tax law (record retention), and legitimate interest in fraud prevention and service improvement.
Retention
Account and transaction data is retained for at least 5 years as required by Danish bookkeeping law. Marketing-list data is retained until you unsubscribe. Anonymised analytics data is retained for 24 months.
Sharing
We share data only with: (a) carriers (name, address, phone) needed to deliver goods; (b) our payment and accounting providers under appropriate data-processing agreements; (c) authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
