Terms and Conditions

Hospitality Line Terms and Conditions provide you as a customer with a comprehensive understanding of the conditions that apply when you shop on their platform. These terms cover several aspects, ranging from payment and pricing to delivery and privacy policy.

§ 1 Payment and Pricing
§ 1.1 All our prices are in different currencies; DKK, SEK, EUR, including VAT and any deposit.
§ 1.2 We only charge the purchase amount when the item has been shipped from Hospitality Line. A higher amount than what has been approved by the customer will never be charged.
§ 1.3 You can only pay with Dankort, Visa Dankort, Visa, MobilePay, MasterCard, and Diners Club. No fees are charged for card payments.
§ 1.4 To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old, as required by Danish law.
§ 1.5 EAN customers are requested to contact customer service before purchase.

§ 2 Delivery
§ 2.1 We deliver via various shipping companies; PostNord Denmark, GLS, UPS, DHL. Typically, the package will arrive within 1–8 business days. We strive to ship all orders no later than the next business day.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the package. We deliver only via PostNord, and prices reflect our costs. Prices start from 35 DKK for delivery to a PostNord parcel shop. Delivery is carried out via PostNord with an expected delivery time of 1–6 business days. Some products are not in stock – see delivery time on the product information page. If you are not at home when the package is delivered, you will receive a notification from PostNord about where the package can be collected. We recommend ordering in good time to ensure your order arrives as needed. Deliveries to Bornholm and smaller islands may take an extra day. All shipments are assigned a Track & Trace number so you can always track your package. If a package is not collected and is returned, the purchase will be canceled, minus the shipping costs incurred to and from the customer.

Conclusion of Agreement
§ 3 Access to the contract after agreement conclusion
§ 3.1 Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation reflects the exact content of the purchase agreement entered into between Hospitality Line and the buyer.
§ 3.2 When the package has been shipped from Hospitality Line, the buyer will receive an email informing that the order status has changed and the package has been dispatched. The same email will include the package’s Track & Trace number.

§ 4 Right of Withdrawal
§ 4.1 For business purchases, a 3-day right of withdrawal is granted.
§ 4.2 You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product if you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Notification must be given by writing to info@HospitalityLine.eu or by using our contact form.

§ 5 Complaints
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a 24-month right to make a complaint. This means you can have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction depending on the specific situation.
It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen due to incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
The right to complain may be limited by the product’s natural durability in the case of food products. Always contact us before returning an item.
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. If you complain within two months after discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to obtain a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.
